domestic $4+  (3-7 days)
international $15+  (1-3 weeks)

🍥 fulfillment
all orders are packed and shipped within 1-3 business days unless announced otherwise.  to reduce packaging waste and emissions, multiple consecutive orders to the same address will be combined and shipped together unless requested otherwise.

🍥 shipping
if your package has been lost or misdelivered, please contact your local postal service before contacting us!  once shipped, all packages are under control of your local postal service.  we cannot replace or refund lost/delayed packages.  if a package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

🍥 returns/cancellations
we can cancel orders which have not yet been shipped.  we cannot accept returns.

🍥 refunds/replacements
refunds/replacements are not guaranteed, but please contact us if you think you've received a defective or faulty product and we will do everything we can to make it right!

🍥 uk/eu customers
we do not collect duties/taxes at checkout - VAT may have to be paid on the customer's end upon arrival.
