common defects or "imperfections" on your Apollo and how to fix them:

⭐ wings with rough/yellowed edges:  jagged or yellowed edges are a product of the manufacturing process and can easily be rounded out with scissors.

⭐ loose embroidery or glue threads:  these can also be removed with scissors, or in some cases, simply pulled off by hand.

⭐ plastic sewn into embroidery:  the plastic is embroidery stabilizer and can be pulled or gently rubbed/scratched off by hand, leaving no damage.

all plush toys are quality checked and hand packed.  if you've received a defective product which you believe can't be easily fixed, please reach out to us!

Q:  how are the blind bags randomized?
A:  the plushies are packed in batches of 100 based on their drop rate (e.g. a batch of 100 Apollos will contain 16 of each common with a 16% drop rate).  they are packed in rotation similar to dealing cards, then stored in large totes and possibly shuffled around with time, further mixing them.

Q:  can i receive refunds/exchanges for unwanted or duplicate plushies?
A:  no, sorry!  due to the nature of blind bags, we cannot guarantee a specific design or prevent duplicates, but we are trying our best to keep them mixed for you ^_^
