found any imperfections on your apollo?  here's how to fix them!

wings with rough/yellowed edges:  jagged or yellowed edges are a product of the manufacturing process and can easily be rounded out with a pair of scissors.

loose embroidery/glue threads:  loose embroidery can be carefully cut off with scissors, while glue threads can simply be pulled off by hand.

plastic sewn into embroidery:  the plastic is embroidery stabilizer and can be trimmed/pulled off by hand with no damage!

we quality check and hand pack all plushies by hand.  if you've received a defective product that can't be easily fixed, please reach out to us!

Q:  how are the blind bags randomized?
A:  the plushies are counted into batches of 100 based on their drop rate, then sorted into groups and packed in rotation (similar to dealing cards).  sealed bags are stored in larger containers and may be shuffled around with time, further mixing them.

Q:  can i receive refunds/exchanges for unwanted or duplicate plushies?
A:  no, sorry!  due to the nature of blind bags, we cannot guarantee a specific design or prevent duplicates, but we are trying our best to keep them mixed for you ^_^
