all orders are packed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

🍥 shipping
once shipped, all packages are under control of your local postal service.  we cannot replace/refund lost or delayed packages.  if a package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

🍥 returns/cancellations
we can cancel orders which have not yet been shipped.  we cannot accept returns.

🍥 uk/eu customers
we do not collect duties/taxes at checkout - VAT may have to be paid on the customer's end upon arrival.
